Each person is the sum of the influences, experiences, circumstances and choices that have shaped their individual life. Similarly, a chef’s style and the flavors and ingredients that influence their cooking are a snapshot into that chef’s life—where I was born, where I was raised, where I have lived and traveled, all those who taught me to cook, the love and connection I feel for people who sit down and enjoy a great meal with friends and family. I hope all these things are experienced through my cooking. My foundational focus as a chef is on experience, value, connection and service. I believe in being present and that sharing a meal over a glass of wine is the best way to slow down and connect with family, friends and, ultimately, life.
 
I’m proud and grateful for the opportunity to partner with a family-run organization founded on values, quality ingredients and experience. Stone Trough Winery and Fingerprint Farms are run by a capable team of individuals with a dynamic balance of vision and integrity. We are excited to Elevate your experience by introducing bespoke cuisine to Stone Trough’s signature Texas Wine Experience. We look forward to building relationships and becoming an integrated part of the community.
